We are a 501c3 Non Profit Organization.

Sonoma County Vet Connect is a partnership of Veteran volunteers and providers of Veterans' services. We create a bridge between Veterans in local communities and governmental / non-governmental service providers under one roof.

We offer NO COST SERVICES.

Across the county half day clinics take place. Monthly in Guerneville, Petaluma, and Sonoma, We also meet weekly on Tuesdays in Santa Rosa for your convience.

We are here to serve all military Veterans and their families, from the recently returned to the retirees, including those who have served in combat and in peacetime, and regardless of the character of discharge. If you or someone you know has ever been in the military, we would like to come on in.

We provide a one-stop resource for information, assistance and referrals regarding
Veterans’ benefits,
VA health care,
Counseling for veterans and their families,
Housing and employment counseling.
Transportation information.
Death and burial benefits, widows pension,
Education benefilts and much more.

If you are a family member concerned about the emotional or physical
health of a veteran, you are also welcome.

We have helped over 1500+ Veterans access benefits and services due to them for serving our country since 2008.
